Occupied and Vacant Home Staging includes delivery of staging furnishings, staging services, and de-staging the property when the house is ready to close escrow.
Basic Staging Consultation
~ This consultation is best for the Do-It-Yourself person. Arriving at the house, we
go room-by-room with the client. The client takes notes as we make recommendations. (This becomes the working plan.) We also take BEFORE photos of each room. The client can
then decide whether Staging The Essentials will do none, some, or all of the
Staging work. If requested, a Staging Proposal will also be provided by email.
Comprehensive Staging Consultation
~ This option is for those who want a more detailed report or have already determined they want help with some or all of the Staging. Includes BEFORE photos and property preview room-by-room with Staging The Essentials designer. This is a customized consultation detailed for your home. We then
prepare a “Preparation to Sell” report detailing all Staging recommendations.
This report along with a Staging Proposal is emailed to the homeowner or listing agent.
Occupied Home Staging
~ We can provide as little or as much as you want. After a consultation, the client decides which Staging option is preferred. We will work with the homeowner’s existing furnishings, adding accessories and rental furniture as necessary. With the exception of rental furniture, Staging items are not for personal use. If needed, Staging The Essentials will purchase staging items to be used in the home, such as bedding, towels, pillows, etc. at cost plus shopping time. A shopping budget will be determined with the client beforehand.
Vacant Home Staging
~ We provide all furnishings for the rooms that are staged. This includes furniture, rugs, bedding, plants, artwork, lamps, kitchen and bathroom accessorizing and outdoor living spaces.
We provide a complimentary bid for all vacant staging within our area.

Office or Commercial Staging
~ We stage your place of business in order to attract successful business tenants.

~ We stage your outdoor living spaces and landings, bringing the outdoors in, and increasing your home’s potential living space. We also make recommendations for sprucing up your home’s appearance from the street, making your house a “must see” to any prospective buyer driving by or searching on the internet.

~ Want to make a special time even more special? We delight in creating just the right atmosphere and wow factor for your home or place of business.
